Terms & Conditions

Cancellation and Modification Policies:

– Reservation must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date
– Reservations may be modified up to 14 days prior to arrival, subject to confirmation of the date change
– You will be charged the total price of the reservation If you cancel anytime
– No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the total stay

Payment Policies:

– Full payment is required upon completing the reservation
– Peak season surcharge applies

Child Policy:

– One child under 5 years old sharing existing bedding will be free of charge for breakfast
– One child from 5 to under 12 years old sharing existing bedding will be charged 50% of breakfast
– Children 12 years and older will be considered as adults and will be charged 100% of breakfast and an extra bed

Extra Bed Policy:

– An extra bed includes daily breakfast

Cancellation Policy:

– The guest shall be charged the total price if cancelled.
